6 potatoes
2 cups of İçim Milk
80 gr Butter
Salt
Black Pepper
5 sprigs of minced spring onions
8 sprigs of chopped parsley
4 sprigs of chopped dill
1. Peel the potato, slice it coarsely and boil it in plenty of salted water until soft.
2. Drain the water, add the room temperature İçim Butter and İçim Milk and crush it with a hand crusher until it is completely smooth.
3. Add İçim Milk little by little without the consistency of the puree being either solid or watery.
4. Calculate that as it cools, a very small amount of consistency will condense.
5. Add finely chopped fresh herbs into the completely crushed potato and mix. Enjoy your meal.
