250 gr pizza dough (You can find pizza dough making among the recipes)
90 g tomato sauce
50 gr İçim Kashkaval Cheese
10 g anchovy
5 leaves of basil
3 g garlic, sliced
2 tomatoes, diced
A pinch of dried thyme
2 tablespoons olive oil
Roll out the pizza dough with your hands to a diameter of 20 cm. Spread the tomato sauce on it using a ladle and bake it in a preheated oven at 200-250 °C for 10-12 minutes.
Then, place İçim Kashar Cheese on your pizza and add anchovies, diced tomatoes and garlic slices on it. After drizzling olive oil and thyme on top, cook for about 5 more minutes.
Remove from the oven, add basil leaves and serve hot.
