1.5 cups of rice
500 ml hot water
2 tbsp İçim Butter
1 tbsp pistachios
1 tsp false saffron
7-8 pieces of cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Fry the rice passed through warm water with İçim Butter for 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile, add a little lemon juice and peeled pistachios. Put 1 teaspoon of saffron in 2 cups of hot water and add it to your rice, stirring. After adding the salt and cloves
Cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes and let it rest for 10 minutes and serve hot.
