Panna Cotta Recipe

Ingredients

400 gr İçim milk
100 g sugar
1 vanilla pod
1 teaspoon of powdered gelatin
240 ml İçim Chief Cream
1 handful of raspberries

Preparation

1. Add gelatin to İçim Milk and mix.
2. Boil İçim Şef Krema and sugar in a sauce pot over medium heat.
3. When it starts to boil, slowly add the milk with gelatin.
4. Cut the vanilla pod in half, remove the seeds and add to the mixture.
5. Divide the mixture into the molds moistened with water.
6. When it reaches room temperature, cover and refrigerate.
7. Leave for at least 5 hours.
8. Remove them from their molds and turn them upside down. Garnish with raspberries or your favorite fruits and serve. Enjoy your meal.
