300 g bread dough
150 gr İçim Triangle Cheese
50 g dried mushrooms
Extra virgin olive oil
Flour
Salt
Place the dried mushrooms in a container of warm water and soften for an hour. Drain and squeeze the juice, chop finely. Put the chopped mushrooms in a saucepan and add a spoonful of the strained water to it. Cook until juiced, add salt.
Prepare the filling for your pastry by mixing İçim Triangle Cheese with mushrooms. Roll out the bread dough with your hands and cut it in half. Place the filling between them and close them. Glue it well, pressing the edges.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, then sprinkle them with flour. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 10-12 minutes and serve hot.
