300 gr İçim Uf Feta Cheese
1 pack of İçim Labneh
2 tbsp İçim Strained Yogurt
2 tbsp flour
3 egg yolks
4 egg whites (in the form of snow)
1 lemon zest
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 packet of vanilla
1 baking powder
For the bottom base of the cake;
30 g melted İçim Butter
1.5 packets of oatmeal biscuits
30 g of warm water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Place the mixture obtained from the oat biscuit, butter, warm water and cinnamon mixture under the 20 cm cake container with the opened edge by pressing it firmly. Refrigerate the mold for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk the egg whites well with the sugar and turn them into snow. In a large hollow bowl, mix the cottage feta cheese, labneh, yogurt and three egg yolks. Add a lemon zest to it. Add the egg whites, 2 tablespoons of flour, baking powder and vanilla that we have turned into snow and pour them into the cake mold you created with oatmeal biscuits Preheat the oven to 185 degrees. Bake the cake at this heat for 10 minutes first. Then reduce the temperature of the oven to 170 degrees. Bake like this for another 20 minutes. Tip: To prevent the cheesecake from cracking after baking, do not open the door until the oven has cooled after turning off the oven.
