2 hamburger buns
1 tablespoon sunflower oil

250 grams of beef ribeye
100 grams of fatty beef brisket
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 large onion
2 tablespoons of İçim butter
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon hot sauce
2 gherkins
To prepare the hamburger patties, cut the beef entrecote and fatty beef brisket into large pieces with a sharp knife or armor.Add salt and pepper, mix only once. Do not knead the meatball mixture. To cook thick and delicious meatballs; divide the mixture into two equal parts. Prepare round and thick meatballs after wetting your hands.Heat your grill or cast iron skillet. Grease it with sunflower oil. Remove the excess with the help of a paper towel. Place the meatballs you prepared in the pan. Fry the meatballs for about 3 minutes on each side according to your taste and desired degree of doneness. To prepare the caramelized onion; chop the large onion into small pieces. Heat the olive oil in a separate pan. Saute the onions for 2 to 3 minutes.After adding granulated sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt and ground black pepper, continue the sauteing process over high heat until the onions turn color.For the sauce of the hamburger; cut the gherkin pickles into small cubes. Blend them with Dijon mustard, mayonnaise and hot sauce. Heat the hamburger buns on a grill or pan. Spread a piece of the sauce you prepared on the buns you will use on the bottom. Place the fried meatballs on them and lay the sliced Buger Cheese on top. Cover the meatballs with caramelized onion. Cover the remaining hamburger buns with the sauce on the inside of the buns and place them on top of the meatballs. Serve hot, either whole or cut in half, depending on your preference.
