1 pack of Kemalpaşa dessert
1 pack of İçim labneh
2 packets of İçim Chef Cream
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon of butter
A few sprigs of fresh mint
Kemalpaşa dessert is prepared as described on the package and left to cool.
2 packets of chilled İçim Chef Cream kept in the refrigerator are poured into a deep bowl and 2-3 tablespoons are separated into another bowl. The remaining İçim Chef Cream is whipped with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar with a mixer and solidified and 1 pack of İçim Labneh cheese is added and mixed well.
1 cup of granulated sugar is placed in the pan and left to melt over medium heat. When the melted sugar is brown, turn off the stove, add 1 spoonful of butter, add the İçim Chef Cream, which is separated when the butter melts, and mix.
Jars or free-standing bowls can be used for serving. First, 2-3 spoons of İçim Chef Cream and İçim Labneh mixture are placed. 3-4 pieces (depending on the condition of the container) kemalpaşa desserts are placed on top. They are drizzled with caramel sauce and 1 tablespoon of crushed walnuts is placed. Again, 2-3 spoons of İçim Chef Cream and İçim Labneh mixture are placed and the bowls are filled. It is drizzled with caramel sauce and garnished with mint leaves.
It will be even tastier if it is cooled in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Enjoy your meal.
