İçim Chili Labneli Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 package of nachos
  • 2 red Mexican peppers
  • 50 g pickled jalapeños
  • 1 red onion
  • 200 g lean ground beef
  • 100 g tomato sauce
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of red pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 container İçim Chili Labne (180 g)
  • A pinch of parsley

Preparation

  • Pour the olive oil into a hot pan.
  • Add the ground beef to the hot oil and sauté until browned.
  • Add the spices, red pepper, pickled jalapeños, and red onion to the browned beef, and continue sautéing.
  • Add the tomato sauce, mix gently, and then remove from heat.
  • Arrange the nachos on a plate, making sure to layer them with the cooked mixture and chili labne in between.
  • Add the remaining chili labne on top and garnish with parsley.
