100 g salmon fillet
200 g penne pasta
½ dry onion
100 ml İçim Chief Cream
50 g peas
1 teaspoon of İçim Butter
Salt and pepper
Rub both sides of the salmon with some İçim Butter, salt and pepper. Sauté in İçim Butter that you melted in a large pan. Remove the salmon from the stove onto a hot plate.
Saute the chopped onion in the same pan. İçim Chief Add the cream and peas and let it cook over low heat.
Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time recommended on the package. Cut the salmon into large pieces and add it to the cooked sauce. Make sure the pasta stays firm. Strain it and immediately transfer it into the sauce you prepared.
Once the pasta is mixed well with the sauce, serve hot.
