İçim Chef Pesto Quiche with Basil Cream

Ingredients

For the dough;

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup İçim milk
  • 2 cups flour

For the stuffing;

  • 1 pack İçim Chef Pesto Creamy Food Sauce
  • 500 gr potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • Chili pepper
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

For the top;

  • President grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation

For the dough;

  • Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead.
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and place it in the tart mold.

For the filling;

  • Pour the onion and olive oil and cook in a saucepan
  •  Pour the potatoes and spices on top.uce, eggs and spices and mix.
  • Add the prepared mixture on the opened tart dough.
  • Bake in a 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle President grated mozzarella cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve warm, enjoy.
