İçim Chef Pesto Broccoli Soup with Basil Cream

Ingredients

  • Half tea glass İçim Chef Pesto Creamy Food Sauce
  • 500 gr broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • ¼ bunch dill

Preparation

  • Dice the onions.
  • Heat the olive oil and cook the onions until they turn slightly pink.
  • Fry the cleaned and sorted broccoli with the onions for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Add the water.
  • After it boils and the broccoli softens, use a blender to obtain a smooth consistency.
    Add İçim Şef Pesto Creamy Food Sauce and boil for another 2-3 minutes and remove from the stove.
  • Enjoy.
