İçim Cashew-Spiced Labne Cheese Sauce Penne

Ingredients (for 4 portions)

  • 1 pack of penne pasta
  • 1 red onion
  • 6 mini chili peppers
  • 8 yellow and red cherry tomatoes
  • 1 sprig of basil
  • 1 chicken breast with skin
  • 1 pack of İçim Cashew Spiced Labneh 180 g
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

Boil the penne pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes and drain in a colander.

Cut the chicken breast into strips.

Cut the mini red peppers and cherry tomatoes in half.

Cut the red onion into julienne pieces.

Pour the olive oil into a preheated skillet.

Add the garlic and onion and fry.

Add cherry tomatoes and mini hot red peppers and sauté.

Add İçim Cashew Spiced Labne and mix to make a sauce.

Add penne pasta and basil and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.

Sprinkle black pepper and salt all over.

Serve delicious and hot.
