For the dough
½ kg flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
As much water as it takes
For the mortar;
350 g minced meat
1 small onion, chopped
Salt
Black Pepper
Red pepper
For the top;
İçim Yoghurt
2 cloves of garlic
Red pepper
Dried Mint
Sunflower oil
Prepare your manti dough to a normal consistency with flour, eggs, salt and as much water as you need. Cut the rolled out dough into squares, not too thin.
Meanwhile, mix minced meat, onion, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Put a hazelnut-sized amount of the mixture in the middle of the square dough and close it in the form of a bundle.
Throw the manti bundles into boiling salted water and boil until they become transparent. For the topping, crush the garlic in a mortar with some salt. Then mix it with İçim Yoghurt.
Then, add some red pepper flakes to 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil, put it on the fire, and remove it from the fire before it darkens.
First add the garlic yoghurt, then the red pepper sauce and finally the dried mint on the slightly moist manti on plates and serve.
