5 peaches
250 gr İçim White Cheese
1 spring onion, chopped
50 g fresh coriander, chopped
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
100 ml lime juice
1 teaspoon cumin
75 ml olive oil
250 g baby arugula
Cut the peaches into apple slices. cut into slices. Blend the coriander, honey, salt, lime juice and cumin in a blender for 10-15 seconds until you get a homogeneous texture. Add the olive oil and mix well. Cook the peaches on the grill for no more than 3 minutes on each side. Divide the arugula on the plates by hand. Divide the peaches on each plate in turn. Cut the feta cheese into small pieces and divide among the plates. Pour the sauce over them. Garnish with spices of your choice.
