10 chicken breasts
120 gr İçim Fresh Cheese
1.5 cups breadcrumbs
6 tablespoons İçim Kashar Cheese, grated
25 gr İçim Kashar Cheese, cut into small pieces
200 g spinach
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
120 gr İçim Fresh Cheese
2 eggs, yolk and white separated
1 teaspoon İçim Butter
Thin the chicken meat by beating it well between two stretch films. Add bread crumbs and grated İçim Kashar Cheese to a plate.
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Sauté the spinach with the garlic until it softens. Add İçim Fresh Cheese, grated İçim Kashar Cheese and 2 tablespoons of egg white. Add İçim Fresh Cheese, grated İçim Kashar Cheese and 2 tablespoons of egg white.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease the baking tray well. Place the spinach mixture in the middle of the chicken breasts, place a piece of İçim Kashar Cheese in the middle and wrap it as a roll. Dip the chicken rolls first into the egg yolk and then into the breadcrumbs.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot.
