2 heaped tablespoons flour
2 tbsp İçim Butter
1 teaspoon of İçim Butter
2 cloves of garlic
1 liter of broth
1 teaspoon salt
A pinch of dill
1 tbsp İçim Kashar Cheese
1. Melt the İçim Butter in the pan and add the garlic.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of flour. Roast until lightly browned.
3. Add the cold broth to it.
4. Stir frequently and quickly, not allowing it to become lumpy.
5. When it starts to thicken, add salt and pepper.
6. If your soup is thick, add broth or water.
7. Before serving, melt 1 teaspoon of İçim Butter and drizzle it with grated İçim Kashar Cheese and dill.
