1 tbsp buttermilk
Half a pack of İçim Labne Cheese
5 cups of water
1 dry onion
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup red lentils
1 tea glass of fine bulgur
Salt
For the top;
Dried mint
Put İçim Butter in a deep saucepan and melt it. Put the finely chopped onions in it and fry until they turn pink. Then add the tomato paste and fry until creamy. Stir in the water. Add the pre-washed lentils and bring to a boil. Add İçim Labneh Cheese into it and feed it well into the soup. Add bulgur and salt and cook thoroughly. Serve after sprinkling dried mint on top of the soup. Bon Appetit!
