250 gr İçim Strained White Cheese
2 tbsp İçim Yogurt
1 teaspoon of İçim Butter
2 grated zucchini
3 eggs
1 baking powder
4 tbsp cornmeal
2 tbsp flour
1 cup olive oil
1 bunch of chopped dill
1 teaspoon salt
Grate the zucchini and leave them in a strainer for 5 minutes to remove excess juices and squeeze well. Then mix the cottage feta cheese, yogurt, egg, grated zucchini, corn flour, olive oil, salt, flour and baking powder to the consistency of a cake.
Spread 1 teaspoon of butter on a baking sheet. After placing your mortar in it, bake it in an oven heated to 170 degrees for about 45 minutes. After baking, cut into squares and serve.
