1 kg yellow and red bell pepper (medium size)
For internal mortar
½ kg medium-fat ground meat
1 onion, chopped
2 cups of rice
10 sprigs of parsley, chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
3 medium sized tomatoes
1 tea glass of sunflower oil
Salt
Black Pepper
For the top;
İçim Yoghurt
Mix all the ingredients that make up the stuffing filling in a bowl. Create covers by cutting the stuffed vegetables from their stems.
Fill the mixture into the stuffed fillings, but not too tightly, and close the lids. Place it in a pot, add half the water and let it cook over low heat.
After cooking the colorful stuffed vegetables, serve them with İçim Yoghurt.
