150 g margarine
1 egg
1 cup granulated sugar
Half a pack of baking powder
For the cream:
Half a pack of İçim Labne Cheese
2 cups of İçim Milk
3 tablespoons flour
Half a glass of granulated sugar
1 packet of vanilla
(Seasonal fruits) bananas, kiwis, oranges
*Optionally 1 pack of tart jelly
Mix margarine, eggs, sugar and baking powder to make a soft dough. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. On the other side, pour all the cream ingredients into a saucepan and cook until it reaches the consistency of custard. Once cooked, set it aside and let it cool. After the cream has cooled, add İçim Labneh Cheese and mix so that there are no lumps. Grease and flour the tart cups. Roll out the dough to medium thickness with the help of a rolling pin. Cut it into saucer-sized pieces and place them inside the molds. (You’ll get better results if you keep it in the fridge for a while before putting it in the oven.) Pierce the middle of them in several places with the help of a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees. Once cooked, take it out and let it cool. After removing the tarts from the mold, put cream on them with the help of a spoon. Cut and place the seasonal fruits of your choice as desired. If you wish, you can serve the jelly prepared according to the recipe on the package by drizzling it at the end. Bon Appetit!
