6 eggs
2 liters of water
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
For the sauce
3 cloves of garlic
300 gr İçim Yogurt
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
3 tbsp İçim Butter
Heat a deep saucepan over medium heat, from which you drain 2 liters of water. Add the vinegar and bring to a boil. Lower the heat of the stove near the boiling of water. Maintain the level of light bubbles formed on the not fully boiled. Crack 1 egg into it. If you wish, you can also break it into a bowl first and transfer it into the water. With the help of a wide spoon with holes, gently rotate the egg without distorting its shape. Remove the egg, which you cooked for 3-4 minutes, from the water with the help of a spoon and put it on a serving plate. Repeat the same process for all eggs. Lightly salt them, add your preferred spices such as black pepper and chili flakes at this stage. Add spices as well. Melt the İçim Butter in the saucepan. Add the red pepper flakes, salt and grated garlic. When the chili peppers are roasted, remove them from the heat. Divide the eggs into bowls and serve them with this sauce and İçim Yogurt.
