300g chickpeas, boiled
250g minced beef
15g peanuts, coarsely chopped
15 g İçim Kashar Cheese, grated
40 g village bread
1 onion, grated
1 egg
1 glass of İçim Milk
A pinch of parsley, chopped
A pinch of fresh mint, chopped
10 g breadcrumbs
1 tbsp İçim Yogurt
Oil for frying
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt, black pepper
Soak the bread with İçim Milk. After waiting a while, squeeze the bread well. Put the ground beef in a bowl and mix it with the bread, onion, İçim Kashar Cheese, peanuts, a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend the chickpeas together with the egg, a pinch of salt, pepper, fresh mint and parsley. Add the mixture to the minced meat. Knead until smooth and refrigerate for two hours. Remove the mixture from the refrigerator. Form into small rounds with a diameter of about 2 cm and a length of 4 cm. Roll these mini dough in breadcrumbs and fry them in hot oil for 3-4 minutes. Place the browned croquettes on a paper towel. Mix the yogurt in a bowl with extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt, pepper, chopped parsley and mint. Serve the croquettes with İçim Yogurt sauce.
