Half packet of İçim Şef Mushroom Creamy Cooking Sauce (100 ml)
18 puff pastry squares
300 grams of chicken breast
1 dry onion
1 tablespoon of İçim butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
Half a glass of grated İçim cheese
Salt, black pepper, thyme
Cut the puff pastry in half and cut into squares. Press the center of each square with a glass or round mold to form circles. Separate 6 of them, press the middle of 12 of them with a smaller glass or mold to form a ring. Place the circles two by two on top of the 6 circles you separated.
Prick the centers lightly with a fork. Brush the puff pastry with egg yolk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown.
Saute the olive oil, butter and diced onion in a pan and add the diced chicken. When the chicken is drained, add İçim Şef Mushroom Creamy Sauce, salt, spices and grated cheddar cheese and turn off the stove. Place the chicken mixture in the center of the puff pastry that come out of the oven and put cheddar cheese on them. Bake again in the oven until the cheese melts. Serve hot or warm. Enjoy your meal.
