(For 6 People)
1 kg beef breast
60 gr İçim Cream Cheese
6 tomatoes
1 glass of grape vinegar
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
Half a teaspoon of rosemary
1 tablespoon parsley
Cook grape vinegar, tomatoes, garlic, İçim Cream Cheese and rosemary in a pot over low heat, stirring constantly. Continue cooking by adding 2 glasses of water.
After seasoning the meat with salt and pepper, place it on the sauce and pour the sauce over the meat, taking it from bottom to top with the help of a spoon. Cover it with wax paper and bake it in the oven at 200°C for about 3 hours.
Place the cooked meat on a cutting board and let it rest for 5-6 minutes. Then slice them and put them on plates, pour the sauce over them and serve with finely chopped parsley.
