500 gr İçim Fresh Cheese
2 egg yolks
80 g semolina
50 g fillet pistachios
150 g granulated sugar
1 packet of vanilla
Put İçim Fresh Cheese in a bowl, pour hot water over it and leave it for 3 minutes. Remove from water and grate. Set aside a cup of water. Put the remaining cheese in the pan and start frying over medium heat. Add the egg yolks, vanilla and mix quickly. Add the semolina and continue frying, stirring. Add the remaining cheese, 30 g of pistachios and sugar. Continue stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove the halva from the heat. Spread it in a baking dish greased with butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until lightly browned. Garnish with the remaining pistachios. Serve by slicing.
