1 boiled potato
1 egg
100 gr İçim Fresh Cheese
40 g flour
50 gr İçim Kashar Cheese
50 gr İçim Cream Cheese
100 ml İçim Chief Cream
A few sprigs of fresh thyme and basil
1 tablespoon olive oil
Mix İçim Fresh Cheese with egg. Add some flour and make it into a paste.
Mash the potato thoroughly and add it to the mixture you prepared. Add flour little by little and knead until you get a dough that is soft but not sticky. Wrap the dough in stretch film and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Take pieces from the dough and roll them into a long, thin cylinder. Cut it vertically so that it is slightly thicker than a coin. Make shapes on it with a fork dipped in flour. These shapes will allow the gnocchi to hold more sauce.
Mix İçim Chef Cream, İçim Kashar Cheese and İçim Cream Cheese in a pan and cook over low heat. Stir in salt and pepper.
Boil the Gnocchi in a deep pot in plenty of salted water. When they start to rise above the water, they are cooked.
Strain the water through a strainer and pour it directly into the sauce pan in which you cooked the cheese. Once mixed well with the sauce, place it on a serving plate.
Serve garnished with fresh basil.
