Lower Part:
3 packs of oat biscuits
2 tablespoons of butter
Middle Section:
3 eggs
1 pack of labneh cheese (400gr)
1 water glass İçim Strained Yogurt
1 cup sugar
1 packet of vanilla
1 lemon zest
Upper Part:
1 cup fresh or frozen cherries
2 tablespoons corn starch
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup water
1 packet of small sized cherry juice
Put greaseproof paper on the bottom of a springform pan and close it. Then blend the biscuits until they turn into flour. Melt the butter and pour it into the biscuits and mix well. Then whisk the ingredients in the middle part well, when the whisking process is finished, pour it into the clamped container and put it in the oven at 180 degrees.
It should cook for 30-40 minutes. When you know it’s done, take it out of the oven and let it cool. Then take a saucepan for the sauce on top, put the ingredients in the saucepan and start stirring on the stove. When it thickens a little, turn off the stove and let it cool.
When it’s cool, pour it on top and put it in the fridge. Ready in 7-8 hours. You can decorate the top with fruit or something else. BON APPETIT…
