220 g granulated sugar
150 g honey
240 ml İçim Cream
90g İçim Butter, cut into cubes
1 tsp vanilla flavor
1 teaspoon sea salt
Place baking paper in the baking dish and grease it with İçim Butter. In the saucepan, heat the İçim Cream together with half of the İçim Butter. Add the vanilla extract and sea salt and bring to a boil. Close the lid, remove from the heat and let stand for a while. In another saucepan, heat the honey and sugar. When they turn the color of caramel, add the rest of the İçim Butter. When the butter starts to melt, slowly add the cream mixture. Keep stirring. Pour the mixture into the metal container you have prepared, let it sit until it cools and freezes. When it cools, carefully remove it from the container with the help of baking paper. Serve by slicing into cubes with a sharp knife.
