160 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
135 g butter, cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon pineapple juice
115 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Cheesecake
280 g Labne
1 tablespoon corn flour
60 g sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Grease the square metal bowl you will use and place greaseproof paper on it. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Whisk all the ingredients of the cheesecake together with İçim Cream Cheese in a large bowl with a wire whisk. For the brownies, melt İçim Butter and chocolates with bain-marie method. Remove from the heat and add the pineapple juice. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, eggs and vanilla well. Add the melted chocolate and continue stirring until well combined. Sift the flour in a separate bowl. Mix well with the salt and baking powder and add to the other mixture. Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared metal container. Spread the cheesecake sauce mixture in large drops. Make sure that the brownie sections are still visible in between. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
