500 g broccoli
1 carrot
1 potato
1 large onion
500 ml İçim Milk
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp İçim Chief Cream
Wash and clean the broccoli. Put them in a large saucepan with the peeled and chopped potatoes, carrots and onions.
Melt the oil in another saucepan with enough water to cover it and fry the flour, when the color of the flour starts to change slightly, add the milk little by little and cook it to the consistency of custard. Add broccoli, other vegetables and half of the boiling water, salt and pepper to this béchamel sauce you have prepared and put it in a blender. If the density is too high, you can adjust the density of your soup according to your taste by adding the increased boiling water. Cook the soup over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and add the İçim Chef Cream and mix quickly. Put it back on the stove and boil for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
