Borscht Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

3 beets
70 gr İçim Chief Cream
1 large onion
1.5 quarts chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp İçim Butter

Preparation

Chop the onion into cubes. Melt the İçim Butter in the pan. Add the onions and start frying. Wash the beets thoroughly, peel them and chop finely. Add to the onions and sauté together. After sautéing for about 5-8 minutes, put it in a bowl and puree it with the help of a hand blender. Put it back in the pot. Add chicken broth and salt to it. Stir and cook until thickened.

Remove from the heat and add the İçim Chef Cream. Whisk for quick stir and serve hot.
