Beetroot Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

( for 2 people )

300 g beets
1 capia pepper
6 large cloves of garlic
Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Olive Oil

Preparation

Peel and clean the beets. Wrap the kapia peppers and their skins and garlic as a whole, first on baking paper and then in foil and bake in a heated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes. Clean the skins of the garlic and pepper, puree them in a blender and add a little balsamic vinegar, salt and olive oil according to your taste and mix.

This puree is especially ideal for İçim Halloumi Cheese grill and fried vegetables.
