2 zucchini
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
2 tbsp İçim Kashar Cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove of garlic, grated
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons İçim Milk
2 zucchinis sliced 1 cm thick
Slice the zucchini and preheat your oven to 220C. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Grate İçim Kashar Cheese thoroughly. Mix breadcrumbs, grated İçim Kashar Cheese, salt, garlic and black pepper thoroughly in a bowl.
Pour İçim Süt into a large bowl. Dip the zucchini slices first into the milk and then into the breadcrumb mixture and place them on the baking tray.
Bake for 30 minutes until lightly browned. Serve hot.
