320 g Butter
250 g sugar
150 g flour
150 g starch
150 g powdered sugar
100 g fresh apricots
100 ml apricot juice
Corn starch
1 packet of vanillin
1 packet of baking powder
12 egg yolks
4 egg whites
Salt
Whisk 300 gr İçim butter with powdered sugar. In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks with 100 g sugar and mix well. Combine the mixture with İçim Butter and powdered sugar. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt to make a foam. Add 50 g granulated sugar to the mixture and mix. Fold half of the egg whites into the butter and yolk mixture. Add the flour, starch and baking powder and mix. Add the remaining egg whites and vanilla to the mixture and mix from the bottom to the top in a fan. Pour the dough into a greased and floured cake mold. Bake at 190 degrees in the lower part of the oven. Blend the apricots with 100 g sugar. Put the apricot juice in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Mix the starch with 20 gr İçim Butter and add it to the pot. Remove the pot from the heat, add the apricots you passed through a mixer and mix. Pour the sauce over the cake after it has cooled. Bake in the oven for another 8 minutes and serve.
