4 puff pastries
6 tbsp almonds
1 egg
For the filling
30 g flour
100 gr İçim Butter
50 g powdered sugar
1 egg
30 ml İçim Milk
Preparation: Lightly toast the almonds in a large pan and set aside. Whisk the butter and powdered sugar in a bowl to a creamy consistency. Crack the egg into it. While stirring slowly, add the Drinking Milk. When the mixture is thick, remove it from the heat. Place 2 puff pastries on your baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spoon the almonds in the middle.
Beat the egg in a bowl and rub it around the edges of the puff pastry. Put the cream mixture you prepared on them and cover them with the rest of the puff pastry slices. Bake your puff pastry in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 18 minutes.
