İçim Süt, III. Main Supporter of the National Dairy Congress

III. Dairy Academy, which will be held in Ankara with the partnership of Ankara University Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Dairy Technology and Dairy Academy. The main theme of the congress, which will take place at Ankara Cer Modern on October 5-6, 2023, is ‘The Future of the Dairy Industry from a Sustainability Perspective’.

İçim Süt, the company that produces the most milk and dairy products in its sector with 6 production facilities across Turkey, organized the III. He was the main supporter of the National Dairy Congress. The congress, which will be held at Ankara Cer Modern on October 5-6 this year, aims to bring together all stakeholders of the sector by acting as a bridge between academia and the dairy industry. The main theme of this year’s congress is ‘The Future of the Dairy Industry from a Sustainability Perspective’.

In the congress, where growth strategies based on science and technology will be discussed in order for the dairy industry to survive in international competition, the development of sustainable high value-added products and innovative food processing technologies to reduce carbon / water footprint will be discussed. İçim Süt CEO Ali Sözen will also take part in the ‘Sustainability Leaders’ session to be organized within the scope of the congress.
