Ak Gıda-İçim Süt Became the Export Champion of 2021

Ak Gıda-İçim Süt ranked first in the Milk and Dairy Products category according to 2021 export data. Receiving the award on behalf of Ak Gıda-İçim Süt, Trade Director Tolga Hisarlıoğlu said, “Our goal is to add value to the national economy by increasing our share in global exports.”

December 9, 2022- Ak Gıda-İçim Süt ranked first as the company with the highest export value in the ‘Milk and Dairy Products’ category according to the 2021 export data announced by the Istanbul Exporters’ Association. Ak Gıda -İçim Süt exports to approximately 23 countries on 4 continents.

Ak Gıda-İçim Süt, which produces the largest amount of milk and dairy products in Turkey and is the largest producer in the sector with its 6 factories, exports approximately 20 thousand tons of products annually, from milk to cheese, from ayr to pudding and milk powder. Following the approval of the export of milk and dairy products from Turkey to China in 2020, Ak Gıda- İçim Süt became one of the first companies in its sector to export whey powder used in snack products to China. In addition, this year, the company was the first to export labneh and fresh cheese products to the Spanish market in the European Union.

Commenting on the export data, Tolga Hisarlıoğlu, Trade Director of Ak Gıda-İçim Süt, said, “We export a large proportion of our exports to the Middle East and Caucasus countries. We continue to grow in the European and American markets. We will continue to bring the quality and taste of our high value-added products to consumers in international markets.
