İçim Chef Pesto Quiche with Basil Cream
Ingredients
For the dough;
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup İçim milk
- 2 cups flour
For the stuffing;
- 1 pack İçim Chef Pesto Creamy Food Sauce
- 500 gr potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- Chili pepper
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
For the top;
- President grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation
For the dough;
- Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and place it in the tart mold.
For the filling;
- Pour the onion and olive oil and cook in a saucepan
- Pour the potatoes and spices on top.uce, eggs and spices and mix.
- Add the prepared mixture on the opened tart dough.
- Bake in a 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Sprinkle President grated mozzarella cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm, enjoy.
