150 ml İçim Şef Cajun Spicy Creamy Cooking Sauce
750 g potato
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped gherkins
4 spring onions (finely chopped)
4-8 spring onions
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt
Boil the potatoes. Then cook for 15-20 minutes until soft. Meanwhile, cut the green parts of the spring onions into tassels and soak them in a bowl of ice water for at least 30 minutes.
Add İçim Şef Kajun Spicy Creamy Cooking Sauce and mix all ingredients in a bowl with salt and pepper.
Drain the potatoes. Let them cool slightly, peel them and cut them into cubes.
Put the potatoes in the dressing while they are still hot and let them cool well. Garnish the potato salad with spring onion tassels and chopped mint and serve. Enjoy your meal.
