İçim Şef Vegetable Soup with Creamy Mushroom

Ingredients

1 packet of İçim Şef Mushroom Creamy Cooking Sauce
1/2 carrot (diced)
1/2 zucchini (diced)
1/2 capia pepper (diced)
1 green pepper (diced)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
½ cup peas (boiled or canned)
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of İçim butter
1.5 tablespoons (heaped) flour
7 cups of water
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Add the oil into the pot and add the carrots. Roast them for a while. Then add the onions. Then add the zucchini to the colored vegetables and continue roasting. Continue roasting by adding the peppers and stirring.

Add the butter and melt it, add the flour and continue to roast until it smells slightly. Add the peas and stir. Add water, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until it boils.

Add İçim Şef Mushroom Creamy Cooking Sauce into the boiling soup and keep stirring. Ready to serve, bon appetit.
