For the meatballs
300 grams of minced meat
2 onions
Half a tea glass of breadcrumbs
5-6 stalks of parsley
Salt
Black Pepper
Cumin
For the topping
1 packet İçim Chef Cajun Spicy Creamy Cooking Sauce
1 tea glass of İçim milk
5 cloves of garlic
1.5 cups grated İçim kashar cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt
Black Pepper
First grate the onion for the meatballs and finely chop the parsley. Knead it in a large bowl by combining it with all the other ingredients. When your meatball mixture is ready, cut out round pieces a little bigger than a walnut and fry them in a pan with low oil. Divide your ready meatballs into casseroles.
Whisk 1 packet of İçim Şef Kajun Spicy Creamy Cooking Sauce (200 ml) and İçim milk in a bowl. Add grated garlic, İçim cheddar cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix again. Then divide it into casseroles.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
