300 g potatoes, peeled and chopped
250 g Brussels sprouts
1 tablespoon İçim Butter, extra 4 tablespoons for frying
½ cup peas
1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
1 egg yolk
Boil the potatoes in enough water to cover them. After about 20 minutes, remove them from the water, peel them and mash them.
After it softens, remove it from the heat, strain it and puree it. Boil the brussels sprouts in boiling salted water for 4 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of İçim Butter and sauté the peas for 2 minutes. Place the mashed potatoes in a large bowl. Add the sautéed peas and mix well.
After slicing the Brussels sprouts, chop them randomly and add them to the puree mixture. Season with salt, black pepper and ground red pepper. Add egg yolk and mix well.
Prepare 12 equal sized circles from the mixture with your hands and flatten them. After heating a large pan, add 4 tablespoons of İçim.
Add the butter and cook the puree balls you prepared for 3 minutes on each side.
Serve while hot.
