2 tbsp İçim Butter
1 clove of garlic
5 shallots
2 kg spinach
225 gr İçim Cream Cheese
1 cup İçim Chef Cream
1 glass of İçim Full Fat Milk
1 cup grated İçim Kashar Cheese
1 teaspoon salt
A pinch of black pepper
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Rub a greased baking dish thoroughly with garlic to release its aroma.
Melt İçim Butter in a large saucepan. Add the finely chopped shallots. Cook for a maximum of 7 minutes until the onions soften.
Mix the spinach with İçim Cream Cheese, İçim Whole Milk, İçim Kashar Cheese, salt, black pepper and cooked onions.
Transfer to a large baking dish. Bake, without covering the baking dish, until the cheese melts and turns golden brown, for about 25 minutes.
Serve hot.
