400 g penne pasta
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
150 g broccoli, cut into small florets
150g asparagus, roughly chopped
10 cherry tomatoes
120 gr İçim Cream Cheese
50 g İçim Kashar Cheese, grated
Juice and zest of ½ lemon
basil leaves, salt, freshly ground black pepper
Add a pinch of salt to the boiling water in a pot and boil the pasta until it remains slightly firm. Add broccoli to the pot 2 minutes before the pasta is cooked. Remove from heat and strain.
Melt the İçim Butter in a large saucepan. After cooking the cherry tomatoes for two minutes, add the asparagus. After a minute, add İçim Cream Cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice and İçim Cheddar Cheese. Add a spoon of pasta water.
Stir until the sauce thickens. Put the pasta and broccoli into the pan with the sauce.
Add basil leaves, a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper, stir and serve immediately.
