Cheese Wrap Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

1 kg İçim Fresh Cheese

1 cup white rice, boiled

2 eggs

1 glass of İçim Kaymak

½ cup İçim Milk

4 spoons of İçim Butter

1 kg stuffed stuffed leaves

1 bunch of spring onions

Preparation

Boil the dolphin leaves in a large pot.

In a bowl, add İçim Fresh Cheese, 2 eggs, İçim Kaymak, boiled rice, finely chopped spring onion, mix well and prepare a mortar.

Divide the mixture you prepared among the leaves and wrap them tightly. Place them next to each other on a tray that you have greased with İçim Butter.

Add half a glass of İçim Milk and bake it in the oven at 200 degrees. Remove from the oven after about 30 minutes. Serve after letting it rest for a while.
