300 g fresh broad beans
2 eggs
Yolks of 2 eggs
250 ml İçim Chef Cream
100 g spring onion, chopped
300 g Icim Kashar Cheese, grated
For the tart dough
250 g flour
125 g butter
Yolks of 3 eggs
15 ml cold water
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
For the tart dough, mix the flour and butter thoroughly with your hands until they are combined. Add egg yolk and water and make a smooth dough. Wrap it in stretch film. Leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, boil the broad beans in boiling salted water. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and İçim Chef Cream thoroughly. Add chopped spring onions and season with salt and pepper.
Remove the tart dough from the refrigerator. Cut it to cover the tart mold and place it neatly in the molds. Bake in the heated oven for 15 minutes.
Share the broad beans and İçim Kashar Cheese among the cooked tart dough. Pour the tart base you prepared with İçim Chef Cream over them and bake them in the oven for another 20 minutes.
After taking it out of the oven and letting it rest, serve hot by garnishing it with spring onions.
