250 gr içim labneh
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
Half a glass of oil
1 cup semolina
2 cups flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
3.5 cups of sugar
5 cups of water
juice of a quarter lemon
Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl until they reach a creamy consistency. Add içim labneh, semolina, oil, vanilla and baking powder and continue whisking. Then add the flour little by little and mix. Pour and spread the mixture you prepared evenly onto the greased baking tray or baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes. When your stir-fry after taking it out of the oven has cooled down, pour the sherbet on it. And serve after letting it rest for an hour or two. How to make the sherbet: Put water and sugar in a pot and boil. When the syrup boils, squeeze the lemon juice and let it rest.
