• 2 tbsp İçim Filtered Yoghurt
• 2 aubergines
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tbsp butter
• 2 dried cayenne peppers or 1 red hot pepper
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• Half a teaspoon of black pepper
• 1 teaspoon ground pepper

• Make holes in 2 eggplants with a knife. You can roast the eggplants either on the stove or in the oven. In a controlled manner, roast the eggplants until soft on all sides.
• Place the roasted eggplants in a large bowl, cover and sweat for a few minutes. Thanks to this, the eggplants will be peeled more easily.
• Peel them and cut them haphazardly into small pieces with a knife.
• Mix 2 tablespoons of Filtered Yogurt, 1 clove of garlic puree, 1 teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of black pepper and eggplants. Place the mixture on the serving plate, spreading it. Be careful to leave a space in the middle.
• Cut 1 red hot pepper into thin rings. If you wish, you can also use dried cayenne peppers soaked in water.
• Then melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add the peppers to it. Stir with a spoon in the air. Thus, it is ensured that the peppers take longer to roast and foam beautifully. Add 1 teaspoon of ground pepper to it. After roasting for about 1.5 minutes, drizzle it over the eggplant atom on the serving plate. Enjoy your meal.
