• 3 full tablespoons of strained yogurt
• 2 cucumbers
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 slice of feta cheese
• 2 teaspoons of dried mint
• 1/2 (half) teaspoon thyme
• 1 teaspoon of salt
For decoration:
• Chili peppers
Put İçim Strained Yogurt in a deep bowl. Add olive oil, mint, thyme and salt to it. Grate the feta cheese with the smallest part of the grater, add it to the bowl and mix well. For the bottom of the haydari, peel the cucumbers, slice them and arrange them on a plate. You can put the mixed haydari in a piping bag, squeeze it on the cucumber slices and then sprinkle it with chili peppers
